Applesauce Nut Bread

2 C. flour1 egg
3/4 C. sugar2 T. oil
1 t. salt1 C. applesauce
½ t. Cinnamon¼ C. chopped pecans
¼ t. soda 

Instructions

Combine flour, sugar, salt, Cinnamon and soda, Add slightly beaten egg, oil and applesauce.
Mix only until moistened.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven when tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool slightly.
Turn out on rack and cool completely.
Let stand 24 hours before slicing.
1 loaf.
