Basic Bisquick Mix

8 C. flour2 t. salt
1 C. dry milk3 T. plus 1 t. baking powder
1 3/4 C. shortening 

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients at least 3 times. Cut in shortening. Store in tightly covered container in cool dry place.

Drop Biscuits:

2 C. Basic Bisquick mix
½ C. water


Add more mix for roil out biscuits.
Bake at 1450 degrees for 10 minutes.
