InstructionsCombine in bowl: Great
grain wheat flour, sugar and salt. Mix together yeast, oil and warm water.
Beat for 2 minutes until smooth. Add enough flour to make soft dough -
about 1 ½ Cups. Turn out on floured board, and shape into small balls.
Roll pencil thin about 40 pieces 8 - 10 inches long. Place on greased baking
sheet. Let rise 15 minutes. Brush with slightly beaten egg white mixed with 1
T. water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppies, garlic, or onion powder. Bake at
350 for 20 minutes until brown.
