Can't Fail Caramels

1 C. sugar1/2 C. butter
3/4 C. corn syrup1 C. whipping cream

Instructions

Bring to boil in large heavy pan, sugar, corn syrup and butter. Add whipping cream. Cook to hardball stage, 360 degrees. It takes about 30 minutes stirring constantly. Pour into a greased pan, about 3/4 inches thick. Allow to cool. Cut in squares, and wrap in waxed paper.
