Can't Fail Caramels |
1 C. sugar | 1/2 C. butter |
3/4 C. corn syrup | 1 C. whipping cream |
InstructionsBring
to boil in large heavy pan, sugar, corn syrup and butter. Add whipping cream.
Cook to hardball stage, 360 degrees. It takes about 30 minutes stirring constantly.
Pour into a greased pan, about 3/4 inches thick. Allow to cool. Cut in squares,
