Cocoa-Oatmeal Cookies

1 ½ C. sugar3 C. quick cooking oats
½ C. soft margarine1 ¼ C. flour
½ C. nonfat plain yogurt½ C. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
¼ C. water1/3 C. cocoa
1 t. vanilla½ t. soda
½ t. chocolate extract, if desired¼ t. salt
2 egg whites or ¼ C. egg substitute 

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
