Fudge Icing |
2 cup sugar | 1 T. butter or margarine |
2 Squares chocolate | 1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup shortening | 1/4 t. salt |
1/4 cup light corn syrup | 1 t. vanilla |
InstructionsMix in
pan and stir thoroughly. Stir over heat until chocolate and shortening melt. Stirring,
bring to rapid boil. Boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat, and beat gently.
Add vanilla. Beat until icing begins to lose gloss and is of spreading consistency. | |||||||||||
