Individual Cheese Cakes

3 eight ounce packages Philadelphia cream cheese1 C. sugar
5 eggs1/2 t. vanilla or almond extract

Instructions

Cream all ingredients together with beater until smooth. Put in paper cupcake holders in muffin tins or in foil holders, which stand-alone. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Put 1 teaspoon of the following mixture on each one.
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C. sugar
Dash of vanilla
Bake another 5 minutes. Cool and decorate with red and green maraschino cherries.
Freeze and thaw as needed.
