Individual Cheese Cakes |
3 eight ounce packages Philadelphia cream cheese | 1 C. sugar |
5 eggs | 1/2 t. vanilla or almond extract |
InstructionsCream
all ingredients together with beater until smooth. Put in paper cupcake holders
in muffin tins or in foil holders, which stand-alone. Bake at 300 degrees for
30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. | |||||||||||
