Million Dollar Fudge

3 3 1/2 ounce plain Hershey bars1 T butter
12 ounces chocolate chips4 1/2 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla1 tall can evaporated milk
1 7 ounce jar marshmallow crème12 ounce or more pecans or Rice Crispies

Instructions


Mix in 6-8 quart pan: Hershey bars broken into pieces, chocolate chips, vanilla, marshmallow crème and butter.
Mix in 4-6 quart pan: sugar and evaporated milk. Let come to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes Then pour over chocolate and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add pecans Rice Crispies.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper, or pour onto greased pans. Cut when cool.
