Mother's Never Fail Pie Crust

4 C. flour1 3/4 C. shortening
1 t. baking powder1/2 C. water
1 t. salt1 egg beaten
1 T. sugar1 T. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Cut dry ingredients into shortening until crumbly. Add water, egg and vinegar.
Form into balls and refrigerate until ready to use.
Yields 2 large or 3 small double pie crusts.
