Biscuit Barbeque

1 pound ground beef1-2 T. brown sugar
1/2 C. Craft barbeque sauce1(l0 ounce) can Hungry Jack biscuits
1 T. instant minced or 1/4 cup chopped onion2 ounce (1/2 C.) shredded American or cheddar cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 muffin cups.
Brown meat in large skillet and drain. Stir in barbeque sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Cook 1 minute to blend flavors, stirring constantly. Place 1 biscuit in each muffin cup. Firmly press into bottom and up sides, forming ¼ inch rim. Spoon about 1/2 C. of meat on biscuit and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute and remove from pan.
