Fish Cakes

1 C. diced celery1 package soda crackers
1 C. diced onions4 beaten eggs
½ cube margarine1 t. garlic powder
1 quart any kind canned fish1/2 C. breadcrumbs

Instructions

Sauté celery and onions in margarine until done.
Mix with rest of ingredients and form into patties and fry.
Eat plain of with tartar sauce.
