Ground-meat Stroganoff

1 pound sausage (Jimmy Dean low fat 33%)1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 pound ground beef, Chicken or turkey¼ C. sour cream
1 C. mushroomsWhite rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup 

Instructions

Sauté together: sausage, ground beef, Chicken or turkey and if desired, mushrooms may be cooked in with meat.
Drain off any fat.
Heat together mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix. Simmer.
Just before serving stir in sour cream.
Put over white rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. Tastes great!
