Montana Hamburgers

2 pounds ground beefFlour
1 large chopped onionWater
Salt Mashed potatoes
Pepper 

Instructions

Mix together really well the ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
Make into patties.
Roll in flour.
Fry until done.
Take burgers out of pan.
Put 3 T. flour with 3 T. of the hamburger grease in the pan and brown.
Add 2 to 3 cups of water to make gravy. Stir well.
Add burgers to the gravy and simmer for about half an hour.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
