bacon on microwave roasting rack, cover with paper towel and microwave on high
until crisp 5-6 minutes. Crumble and set aside. Combine eggs, half and half,
green onion, flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Beat until
well blended. Microwave on medium 50% until thoroughly heated, and slightly thickened
4-6 minutes Stir every 1-2 minutes. Evenly place bacon in baked pastry shell.
Sprinkle with cheese. Pour egg mixture over it. Place on inverted saucer in oven.
Microwave 50% until center is set but not dry. 16-25 minutes. Rotate every 2-3
minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
