Teriyaki Chicken

2 pound cut up chicken1/4 C. sugar
1 C. soy sauce1/4 C. brown sugar
2 t. ginger1 1/2 T. cooking sherry
1/2 C. water 

Instructions

Mix soy sauce, ginger, water, sugar, brown sugar and cooking sherry. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
