Teriyaki Chicken |
2 pound cut up chicken | 1/4 C. sugar |
1 C. soy sauce | 1/4 C. brown sugar |
2 t. ginger | 1 1/2 T. cooking sherry |
1/2 C. water |
InstructionsMix soy sauce, ginger, water, sugar, brown sugar and cooking sherry. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, basting occasionally. |
