Orange Jell-O Fruit Salad

2 packages orange Jell-O1 large can shredded
1 C. boiling water1 t. orange rinds
2 C. orange juice (fresh)1 C. whipped cream
1 C. tiny marshmallowsnuts
¾ C. grated carrots 

Instructions

Dilute Jell-O with boiling water. Add orange juice. Let gel.
Beat until foamy, cut up and add marshmallows. Add carrots, pineapple and orange rind.
Fold in whipped cream.
Cover with nuts if desired.
Cut in squares to serve.
