Grandma's Potato Salad Everybody loved Lessie Rome's potato salad |
8 to 10 red potatoes | 12 hard boiled eggs |
1 small to medium onion | 2 c. mayonnaise |
1/2 can of Evaporated Milk | Paprika |
Boil potatoes with the skin on.Peel and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces.Cut 6 eggs into bite sized pieces and place in bowl with potatoes. Add onion.In a bowl blend mayonnaise and milk. Form a smooth and creamy mixture. Pour over potatoes, onions and eggs. Mix well.Slice the remaining eggs and place on top of salad.Sprinkle with paprika.Refrigerate. |
