Grandma's Potato Salad

Everybody loved Lessie Rome's potato salad


8 to 10 red potatoes12 hard boiled eggs
1 small to medium onion2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 can of Evaporated MilkPaprika

Boil potatoes with the skin on.

Peel and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces.

Cut 6 eggs into bite sized pieces and place in bowl with potatoes. Add onion.

In a bowl blend mayonnaise and milk. Form a smooth and creamy mixture. Pour over potatoes, onions and eggs. Mix well.

Slice the remaining eggs and place on top of salad.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Refrigerate.
