Strawberry Spinach Salad

1 large bunch of spinach1 t. dry mustard
10 or more large strawberries1/3 C. white wine vinegar or white vinegar
½ C. sugar1 T. poppy seeds
1 t. salt 

Instructions

Wash and chop the spinach and strawberries.

Dressing:
M
ix sugar, salt, dry mustard and vinegar in blender or by hand.
Stir in poppy seeds.

Pour over salad when ready to eat.
Sprinkle more poppy seed over top if desired.
Makes 4 - 5 servings
