Wheat Salad |
1 1/2 c. wheat | 8 oz. cream cheese |
1 med. can of pineapple (juice and all) | 2 sm. pkgs.instant vanilla pudding |
3 t. lemon juice | 1 1/2 c. walnuts |
12 oz. Cool Whip - thawed |
Soak wheat in cold water over night.Cook over slow heat for 2 hours.Mix in remaining ingredients. |
