Wheat Salad

1 1/2 c. wheat8 oz. cream cheese
1 med. can of pineapple (juice and all)2 sm. pkgs.instant vanilla pudding
3 t. lemon juice1 1/2 c. walnuts
12 oz. Cool Whip - thawed 

Soak wheat in cold water over night.

Cook over slow heat for 2 hours.

Mix in remaining ingredients.
