Italian Marinara Sauce
Add Meat for Spaghetti Sauce

1/2 c. celery1 tsp. parsley
1 med. onion3 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic3 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano 2 cans water
1 sp. basil2 T brown sugar

Instructions

Chop celery, onion and garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, 3 bay leaves 3 cans tomato sauce 2 cans water 2 T brown sugar simmer for 3 hours.

Use stew meat browned in olive oil for spaghetti sauce.
