Low-Calorie Thousand Island Dressing

8 ounces low-fat plain yogurt1/16 t. pepper
1/4 C. catsup1 hard boiled egg finely chopped
1 t. mustard3 T. dill pickle
1/2 t. onion salt 

Instructions

Stir together yogert, catsup, mustard, onion salt and pepper. Mix in egg and dill pickle.
14 calories per tablespoon.
